Tom Magnotta Joins DataLink as Chief Operating Officer

Bringing over 15+ years of health tech and health plan executive leadership experience, Magnotta will lead the company’s business strategy, operations and product innovation through a time rapid growth and transformation.

Prior to joining DataLink, Magnotta served as senior vice president, at HMS, where he helped the company achieve 65% revenue growth for his product lines, drove exponential margin expansion and completed two successful acquisitions – all catalysts leading to the sale of the company in December of 2020.

Prior to HMS, Tom served as chief operating officer at Wellcare’s Missouri Health Plan. He also spent the majority of his career at leading healthcare analytics firm Cotiviti, where he was a key leader taking the start-up healthcare business to $700 million in revenue through multiple stages of growth and transformation, including private equity acquisition and IPO.
