Nick McGuire
Nick brings more than 20 years of finance and leadership experience working with private equity-owned companies and publicly traded Fortune 500 organizations. His expertise in financial planning and analysis, M&A, and financial strategy has been instrumental in implementing successful cost reduction and revenue growth initiatives.
Previously, he served as the vice president of finance for HMS Holdings a $670 million publicly traded healthcare tech company where he supported the organization’s successful acquisition by Gainwell Technologies in 2021. Before that, he served in financial leadership roles with Availity and HCSC.
Nick began his career as a consultant with Accenture. He earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Miami University and an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
