DataLink announces new medical chart review solutions to support risk adjustment and HEDIS quality performance 

Tampa, Fla. (March 18, 2024) — DataLink, a leading provider of data-driven solutions for high-quality, value-based care, today announced that they’re now offering medical chart review solutions to support risk adjustment and HEDIS quality performance.  

DataLink’s in-depth medical chart reviews support compliance with the model of care, and improvement with clinical documentation and accurate coding. The solutions include prospective, current, retrospective, and HEDIS chart reviews and RADV audits.

To support this new solution suite, DataLink has hired Mary Hewitt as its executive vice president of enterprise risk adjustment solutions. 

Hewitt brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to this role. She spent a decade as a registered nurse, working in the high-pressure arena of the operating room, specializing in trauma and transplant services.

She parlayed her direct patient care experience into a successful 20-plus year career within the managed care industry. Hewitt has been accountable for several end-to-end programs, where she has incorporated her clinical expertise to develop robust comprehensive plans, helping to ensure risk adjustment accuracy for health plans Medicare beneficiaries and improved provider performance. 

“I look forward to leading and expanding DataLink’s current services in the risk adjustment space to develop a comprehensive risk adjustment platform. DataLink is staffed with a team of registered nurses and certified coders to conduct year-round reviews with extensive data analysis capabilities and provider education services to assist with performance improvement for health plans and provider organizations in value-based care arrangements, effective immediately.
