Describe what you do at DataLink - in your own words

As a Data Engineer at DataLink, I work as part of the Implementation team, where I play a pivotal role in deploying and integrating data solutions for our clients. My primary responsibilities involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and systems using SQL, SSRS, and SSIS. I ensure that our clients’ data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for their business needs.

In addition to my technical role, I also serve as the HEDIS Project Lead for the NCQA’s HEDIS certification program. In this capacity, I manage the end-to-end delivery of the HEDIS certification projects. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. As the primary contact for the project, I lead efforts to onboard new locations and manage project timelines and milestones.
