Describe what you do at DataLink - in your own words
As a value-based care manager, I’m responsible for training my provider groups on Evoke360. My team is responsible for being available to our provider groups when needed and advising on best practices. I also help with the enrollment process of new users needing access to our Evoke360 platform.
What do you like most about DataLink?
I love working for DataLink because I feel like I’m part of this family. I love my value-based care team, and I know that I can always count on them to help me.
Which DataLink value is your favorite? and Why?

Having integrity and respect helps build trust with my employer and my colleagues. It also helps with making the right decisions and holding ourselves accountable.
How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
I value my colleagues by showing them respect at work and outside of work.
What makes you feel most valued at DataLink?
I love my team because they’re very supportive and cheer each other on, and they’re always ready to jump in where needed the most.
What has been the best part about working at DataLink?
The relationships that I’ve made at Datalink. Many of them, I view as family rather than just a colleague.
How have you grown at DataLink?
When I came to DataLink I wasn’t as proficient in the health care world. I feel like I’ve learned so much in the last four years by working closely with the providers and training them in our Evoke360 platform.
How has Datalink helped you in your career development?
I started in the customer success department and now I am a value-based care manger / enrollment specialist. DataLink offers many courses through LinkedIn and Udemy, and I’ve been able to take a few courses through those platforms.

If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
If I could have any superpower, it would be to fly so I can see the world.
Best vacation you’ve been on?
Our summer vacation in Mexico June 2022. We got to visit a lot of different towns I had never been to, and we got to spend almost a whole month with family. We made so many great memories and had lots of laughs.
Who do you consider your role model and why?
My dad is my role model because he’s the hardest worker I’ve ever known. He never stops even if he’s tired, and he’s always willing to give a helping hand. He’s honest and fair.
