Describe what you do at DataLink - in your own words
I’m a senior data engineer, providing end-to-end client support, helping in developing optimized solutions, and ensuring quality resolutions to the raised issues. I guide my team to design, develo,p and deploy support to address the bugs.
What do you like most about DataLink?
The best part about DataLink is the friendly environment. All of the employees, along with the leaders, are supportive and friendly, and the leads ensure to have one-on-ones with us and provide us with proper guidance motivation and encouragement.
Which DataLink value is your favorite? and Why?
Deliver Results
Im’ directly working on client resolutions, so Deliver Results is my favorite value as it gives me immense satisfaction to deliver work and contribute to client satisfaction. Delivering results motivates me to do more work, and it also encourages me to upgrade my skills as I’m keen to learn new skills which allow me to deliver the results more, helping me in my career growth.
How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
Whenever a bug is raised, I ensure to resolve it with in the stipulated time, and I ensure to have meeting with my team and clients to understand the status, issue of bug, and various perspectives to resolve the issues.

I feel valued at DataLink as my work is recognized, I got recognized in townhalls, FITTR call, and shout outs.
What has been the best part about working at DataLink?
The best part about working at DataLink is learning and development, and exposure to multiple technologies.
How have you grown at DataLink?
I joined in the month of November. In the short tenure of time, I’ve learned skills like snowflake and time management. In my previous work, I’ve worked on development, but here I’m working on production supports which has helped me to manage my time properly.
