Describe what you do at DataLink - in your own words
I’m striving to optimize database tuning and query performance. Additionally, I’m working on saving costs by optimizing Azure storage, and assisting the data, implementation, and software engineering teams. Finally, I work on understanding how business logic uses databases.
What do you like most about DataLink?
It’s a great feeling to work with DataLink as it’s a very transparent company. It helps all levels of teams to understand how DataLink works and supports multiple clients along with new products.

Everyone is focused on the company goals and striving to grow. The leadership team is transparent in how we accomplished new achievements using new AI-enabled processes and new products. I feel everyone is accountable in their role and they assist others.
How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
I believe in the “Be Accountable”, value that suits my way of work. Understanding the requirements and delivering the requirements at the earliest helps everyone.
What makes you feel most valued at DataLink?
DataLink has given me an opportunity to think beyond my core skill set, and I’m excited to learn new things while delivering requirements which is making me more confident day by day.

Saving around $10,000 on Azure storage cost.

I can say definitely yes, I’ve learned a lot of new technologies here.
