Describe what you do at Datalink - in your own words
I outreach to doctor’s offices and explain to them the significance of the automated CCD connection program. I onboard clients to our products with doctor appointments, schedule meetings virtually, explain the process, and complete their onboarding process.

The teams work together and try to understand the client’s needs, and they listen to the senior leaders. Also they know the scope of growing together as DataLink is a place to grow and get an identity.
I’m the living example of this as I received the first award for DataLink from India, SuperLink’s The Incredible Award.
How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
I’ve already got a great position in this company, and I’ve implemented the same with my team and that’s adding a value to my life both the ways.
What makes you feel most valued at DataLink?
Me getting new updates and working with higher ups to make the implementation process more successful and that shows the positive result.
What has been the best part about working at DataLink?
Decency, effective work, cheerful leaders who never get frustrated. Right from CEO to the rest of the employees, every one is just as good to go with any type of work.

In a span of three months I’ve bought the incredible award for my company, and then following three months I’ve been recognized as a client partner for my company and leading my team from India.

Describe what you were like at age 10.
I was so innocent mommy’s boy (im still a mommy’s boy hahaha ). My relatives used to say that I was so innocent and how can I survive once I’m older, and now they call me a best grownup, responsible child as I only get all the learnings and teachings from my mom. And I’m successful in all the ways, so comparatively after age 10 it’s been 15 years now it’s not the same kaleem khan now any more and im loving it!
How do you define success?
Understand the company and business needs, know the smart skills with in you, and be open for all the possibilities, most importantly, keep your focus on your work and business rather then unnecessary gossips which might ruin your production and keep giving best out of your work.
