Describe what you do at Datalink - in your own words
I serve as the head of the newly formed software engineering team in India, where my responsibilities extend to both leadership and mentorship. My primary focus involves building and nurturing a team of developers, guiding them in their professional growth, and overseeing the development projects to ensure they meet our standards of excellence.

How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
Putting this value into action has been a defining aspect of my work life at DataLink. Soon after joining the company, I identified the need for a technology upgrade, specifically in the case of EF Core for our Evoke360 project. With junior engineers (new graduates) on our team, I took the initiative to train them on the necessary technology. Through focused training and mentorship, these junior engineers quickly became proficient and began contributing effectively to the project.

How have you grown at DataLink?
At DataLink, I’ve experienced significant professional growth. When I initially joined as a senior software engineer, my role was that of an individual contributor. However, my growth trajectory took an exciting turn when our chief technology officer Reddy Shivampet visited our India office. His encouragement and trust in my abilities motivated me to take on a leadership role. I began training junior engineers and assumed responsibility for the software engineering team in India. This experience not only expanded my skill set but also honed my leadership and mentoring abilities, marking a pivotal point in my career journey at DataLink.
