As a senior manager for implementation and technology delivery, my role is to ensure the high-quality and timely implementation of products for clients. Additionally, I identify potential areas for improvement, automate processes, and optimize workflows. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Before working at Datalink, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
In my previous role at a different company, I initially served as a project manager. However, there was a sudden shift when I was asked to take on a continual service improvement role, which was unfamiliar to me at the time. Despite the unexpected change, this initiative proved to be a valuable experience, altering my perspective on approaching problem statements.
How do you define success?
When working on a challenging project or encountering an issue with seemingly insurmountable obstacles, the ability to overcome and achieve success defines true accomplishment for me. The sense of productivity and fulfillment arises when we successfully reach our goals, and the entire team receives recognition for their efforts.
What is the best piece of advice you were ever given, and how has it impacted your life?
My parents are my role models. I’ve witnessed their unwavering commitment as they faced challenges but never once took a step back in providing care and support for our family. They stood strong, especially during difficult times.
