I review files against raw data and ensure that output from the applications is in the correct format.
What do you like most about Datalink?
I like working at a company that gives me the chance to grow and learn new things every day. My company values and encourages me to take initiative and responsibility for my projects. One of the best things about my company is the work-life balance that it offers. I can manage my time and priorities without compromising my personal life.
The company provides me with ample opportunities to learn new things and enhance my skills. I enjoy the challenges and the rewards that come with them. I appreciate the culture of my company that fosters a sense of owning and accountability. I feel proud to be part of a team that strives for excellence and innovation.

Working at DataLink has been a rewarding experience for me. I’ve learned and grown in various aspects of my field and beyond. Despite having a medical background, I’ve gained an immeasurable amount of knowledge in DataLink. I’ve been exposed to different domains and technologies that have enriched my perspective and skills. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work in a company that values diversity and inclusion.
I’ve met and collaborated with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and learned from their insights and experiences. I also appreciate the supportive and friendly environment that DataLink provides. I’ve received guidance and feedback from my mentors and peers, and I’ve also been able to share my ideas and opinions freely.
How do you put this value to work in your worklife?
I give 100% to the work given to me and put in all my effort to deliver the results.
What makes you feel most valued at DataLink?
I have been recognized three times in the company townhalls, which gave me a immense push to work hard, and I’ve been nominated three times for the Incredible Award in the last three quarters.
What has been the best part about working at DataLink?
I like working in a company that gives me the chance to grow and learn new things every day. The support from my managers has always been so great. I was always recognized right from the beginning of my career at DataLink for the results I’ve delivered.
How have you grown at DataLink?
I gained a great knowledge on U.S. healthcare, with recent learning with quality testing i see that my work area is greatly broadened.
How has DataLink helped you in your career development?
It’s been great learning new applications and softwares. I was part of more than five projects in last 10 months. Gained lot of insight on different projects. Being part of risk project has given me great knowledge on how a retrospective study is and the interest led me to start course in certified risk adjustment coder.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within Datalink, whose job would you want?
I would switch jobs with Josh Hetler, DataLink’s chief operating office.
If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
I could have brought my father back to this world. His teachings would add more value to at least some more people. He would inspire more people to be successful.
Best vacation you’ve been on?
My two year stay in United Kingdom.
